Every Friday I get a pile of PDF invoices from different vendors. I need one spreadsheet I can import into QuickBooks without typing line by line all weekend.
Copy-paste from PDF. Some totals come over, line items do not.
One clean sheet with vendor, date, line items, and totals — ready for QuickBooks import.
Stacked like notes on the desk. Links open someone else's site.
Ran the PDF stack through DocuClipper batch export, mapped columns once per vendor layout, merged CSVs in Excel.
Still manual: First time per vendor layout you map columns; after that it is repeat.
Cost: Paid tier for batch volume.
Forwarded vendor invoice emails to Parseur, extracted tables to Google Sheets, exported CSV for QuickBooks.
Still manual: You still forward or upload new invoices each week.
Cost: Subscription based on pages parsed.
