I get 40 vendor invoices as PDFs every month and I retype them into Excel by hand

Every invoice is a PDF from a different vendor, so none of them look alike. I need the line items in Excel and in QuickBooks without typing them twice. It would be done if I had one clean sheet each week. Names and account numbers come out of the sample file before anyone else sees it.
